Submit your design
In a campaign, Awake invites designers to submit their concept. The designer willing to design submitted must register first and accept the conditions of competition and contract “contract to provide design”.
The designer may then file its illustration in its online awake acccount and could participate at the design preselection by awake team before the public vote.
Specifications
The concept must be: - Vector based design of no more than 4 solid colours. - Submitted in Adobe illustrator format. - Be able to fit the front of a t-shirt sized ABCxABC
The designer must ensure sending an illustration; - Being single holder of intellectual property rights of the illustration - that not had previously been sold the illustration rights - that would violate the reproductive rights of another. - That the rights granted are not currently subject to any infringement or from any infringement action.
Validation of a visual
If your design is accepted, it will be submitted online to the internet vote for a period of 20days. You will receive an email confirmation and you can follow the progress of the campaign on your personal account online.
Refusal of a visual
If your design is denied, it will not be published online and you will receive an e-mail information to confirm this. You can also check the status of your personal account Awake.
The visuals can be refused for the following reasons: - Copyright issues - Technical specifications not met - Message not delivering the Theme campaign
- Out of regulation time - Information not sufficient personnel
Selection & vote:
The pre-selected concepts will be published online and voted on by users. After the voting ends, the concept that has received the most votes will be declared “winner”. Designers who win are contacted by mail in order to send the contract reverse rights. Once signs (sign and return two copies), the designer sent us the file in the format required for print quality. The winning concept will be produced on a series of our T shirts (minimum 200 pieces) and put on sale online. The designer will receive a bonus of 1 euro per T-shirt sold.
